About the GLI Committee

The McKinney Chamber of Commerce strives to be the voice for business through the Government & Legislative Issues Committee, Candidate Forums, and communicating Legislative Priorities. The Chamber works to connect businesses to the information they need to stay informed on pertinent issues as well as advocate for issues that will help business and our community grow and thrive.

We work to represent and advance the interests of the McKinney business community by actively participating in policy discussions and advocating for favorable conditions. Your involvement ensures that our collective voice is heard and that we effectively address key issues affecting our local economy.

Join the McKinney Chamber Government & Legislative Issues Committee each month to get updates from our elected officials and hear information from highlighted speakers discussing issues facing our community. The Committee meets virtually the first Friday of every month at 8:15 a.m.
