Leadership McKinney Class of 2024

The Leadership McKinney program mission is Engaging Leaders today for a Stronger Community tomorrow. This program is based on a curriculum that combines personal leadership training and an awareness of the McKinney community. The educational experience provides participants the opportunity to engage in dialogue with leaders and field-specific experts on relevant community issues.

Since its inception in 1988, over 600 program alumni representing all sectors of our community have strived to put community trusteeship into action by combining inclusiveness, collaborative decision making, personal responsibility and visioning. Based on a curriculum that combines personal leadership skills training and an awareness of the McKinney community, this challenging educational experience provides participants the opportunity to engage in dialogue with leaders and field-specific experts on relevant community issues.

We are thrilled to unveil the Newest Leadership McKinney Class 2024.  These exceptional individuals will be embarking on a transformative journey as part of the Leadership McKinney class 2024! These dynamic leaders are set to make an indelible mark on our community, and we can't wait to see their growth and impact unfold.

Throughout the program, these talented individuals will:

• Deepen their understanding of McKinney's rich history and vibrant culture.
• Forge invaluable connections with fellow class members, community leaders, and influencers.  
• Hone their leadership skills through immersive experiences, workshops, and collaborative projects. 
• Explore local challenges and opportunities, paving the way for positive change.
