Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney
A 143-bed, fully-accredited not-for-profit hospital. Baylor McKinney provides a broad spectrum of health care services to families in McKinney and surrounding communities with personalized care and advanced technology on a beautiful campus with hotel-like amenities and all private rooms. Services include emergency care, heart and vascular services, orthopedics, cancer treatment, primary care, women’s services, and the area’s only Level III Neonatal ICU with private suites. The hospital recently completed expansion to double the size of the Emergency Department and add an additional 48 inpatient beds.

CoServ
CoServ is an electric and natural gas distribution company that has served North Texas since 1937. Doing business as CoServ Electric since 1998, we serve about 250,000 electric meters in Collin, Denton and four other counties, and about 130,000 gas meters in Collin, Denton and Kaufman counties. As a nonprofit electric cooperative, CoServ returns margins (profits) back to our Members. Since 2003, we have returned more than $125 million to the residents and communities we serve. In addition, the CoServ Charitable Foundation has distributed more than $12 million to worthy causes throughout North Texas.

Trinity Falls
Trinity Falls is a 1,700-acre master-planned community in northwest McKinney minutes from Highway 75 and U.S. 380. The community — situated along the East Fork of the Trinity River — is planned for 4,200 homes and boasts an impressive slate of amenities, including an infinity-edge pool, a tricycle racetrack and the expansive B.B. Walmart currently operates three Supercenters in McKinney. The first Supercenter, which opened in April 2004, is located at 5001 McKinney Ranch Parkway. The original Walmart store in McKinney opened in 1978 and converted to a Supercenter in 2005. It is one of Walmart’s experimental Supercenters containing 26 environmentally sustainable experiments that could profoundly change the way the retail industry designs, constructs and manages facilities as they relate to the environment.
